Beloved ones, when you consider the founding of the Boy Scouts and the Girl Scouts under the sponsorship of Saint Germain, you will realize that our Order of the Good Samaritan is an order of service for adults and those younger ones who may qualify themselves. And in its goals it is much like that of the Boy and Girl Scouts. The order, therefore, takes Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts trained to “Be Prepared” to the full maturity of a continuing life of service as Eagle Scouts and beyond—truly as the perpetual Helper.

We organize trips to beautiful and historically significant cities of Russia in winter. It helps scouts to broaden their horizons, better understand the history, cultural characteristics, religions and traditions of the peoples of Russia, to love their homeland and to practice scouting, of course! We have already organized our Christmas retreats in such cities as Saint-Petersburg, Kazan, Ekaterinburg, Nizhniy Novgorod and many others.

The program is usually held during the winter holidays. It is a 7-day trip including the days of arrival and departure and 5 days devoted to the spiritual part.

Youngsters and youth over 10 years old can participate in this trip. We create the atmosphere which motivates out participants of study and expand the knowledge of the Teachings of the Ascended Masters.

During the retreat scouts study spiritual Teachings, listen to the dictations of the Ascended Masters, read rosaries and decrees together, discuss movies, take part in games on the topic of the Teachings and much more. The scouting program is held within the whole event: initiation ceremony for the new and most active scouts, passing tests and challenges, receiving badges and giving your vows for the “independence lilies”.

You call me the Queen of Angels, and I have so been made by God because I have descended for a little time lower than the archeiai into the planes of Mater-realization; and thereby by the overcoming of the Holy Spirit, I have been crowned with more glory and honor.

Like the soldiers who return from the battles of life to receive their stripes and pins–and the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts with their badges and their bars – so the flaming ones who have overcome, when bidden to those formal receptions held in the retreats of the Great White Brotherhood, are required to come in full military dress.

And by their dress, all know what worlds they have conquered – when and where. And old comrades who have shared in the victory of worlds reminisce in the strategy of their overcoming as they look longingly upon those now engaged in the warfare for the salvation of this planet and this people.

The Christmas Week 2025 of the Scouts of Saint-Germain took place in the cultural capital of Russia – in Saint-Petersburg. We had a spiritual trip together with children, teenagers and youth around this beautiful city.

The retreat was divided into two spiritual programs (for the younger ones and fore the youth):

⚜️ MEET MY FRIEND EL MORIA ⚜️
for children of age 9-14.

We talked about who the Ascended Master El Morya is, looked at his different incarnations, listened to the interesting stories about the childhood of Sergiy Radonezhsky and the youth of the Great Akbar, discussed the trials that the soul of El Moria faced and how he emerged from them victoriously. We are sure that after this retreat, everyone can say that Moriah is truly a “Man for All Seasons” and their personal hero.

⚜️ BECOMING
THE CHELA OF EL MORIA ⚜️
for teenagers of age 14 and older.

From past retreats we know that one of the main Gurus in the Mystery School of Buddha Maitreya is El Moria. This time we analyzed (based on dictations transmitted through Elizabeth Clare Prophet) 16 requirements El Moria puts forward on the path of discipleship, and how to easily and harmoniously fulfill them in everyday life and triumphantly pass the Chela stage. A student of an Ascended Master is both a strain of strength and new opportunities, it is both painstaking work and a special privilege. This is the path to freedom.

We also had a wide range of activities and excursions:

Day 1 – Arrival Day. We finally met out beloved friends, walked around the city a bit. We also held a “Christmas” dinner and a talent show.
Day 2 – We visited a modern planetarium and watched some educational films there.
Day 3 – We went ice skating.
Day 4 – We attended a classical music concert and an excursion at the lutheran church of St. Anna (Annekirche)
Day 5 – We admired the greatest works of art in the Russian Museum and we went up to the observation deck of the Vladimir’s Cathedral.
Day 6 – Had fun in “Piterland” water park.
Day 7 – Sadly we said goodbye to each other. Time to go home.

DAILY SCHEDULE (flexible):

7:00 – rise and shine, breakfast.
9:00 – sightseeing (more details above), snack time.
16:00 – lunch in a cafe.
17:00 – 21:00 – a spiritual development program, including communication games, films and cartoons, excerpts from Elizabeth Clare Prophet’s lectures with analysis, dictations of the Masters in the senior group, meditations, rosaries, dynamic decrees, working with workbooks and everything else that allows children to take another step in spiritual development.
21:00 – dinner
23:00 – lights out.

Be Prepared was the motto given by Saint Germain to the Boy Scouts; and the fleur-de-lis emblem, taken from the pattern of the Threefold Flame, has become their insignia.

Out of the great crystal fire mist there appears a great wonder in heaven. It is the sign of the coming of the Son of man. For those who are ready, it shall be the day of rejoicing and the day of salvation...
