And it is up to each one to expand his own immortal threefold flame by loving and adoring the God flame within himself and expanding its attributes in perfect balance.

Today I would again call your attention to the symbolism of the fleur-de-lis. This symbol is also used by the Boy Scouts. And it was I who at inner levels inspired this upon mankind that they might teach the youth of the world — whom I love so much — a greater understanding of the outdoors and of freedom, so that they might have greater harmony in their worlds, minds and affairs.

All that we have done for freedom in the past has been accomplished through the power of the threefold flame and the power of expanding holy Christ-intelligence in the hearts of men and above them...

Hike
At the beginning of our vacation, scouts go on a small adventure in the wild to develop their independence and resilience. Every year we choose a new route for the hike. For example, last year our path ran through the picturesque landscapes of the Baydarskaya Valley and the majestic canyons of the Crimea.

What does
the Path program consist of?
Retreat
City
During this part, the children deepen their knowledge of the teachings of the Ascended Masters, practice meditation and read decrees, which allows them to enrich themselves spiritually.
The final chord of our journey is the city part, where scouts attend exciting excursions, swim in the sea, have fun in the water park and enjoy walks in city parks.

There is, then, in reality no excuse for the failing of a test. But the greatest excuse which mankind hold up as excuse before the Lords of Karma is that they were caught off guard, they were not prepared, they were not ready.

You see, then, that the motto of Saint Germain given to the Boy Scouts along with the fleur-de-lis pattern of light—Be Prepared—is a motto to prepare young life for the initiations of the sacred fire.

The Path is the Triple Flame
The Paths program is designed to strengthen and balance the three-petal flame of the participants' hearts. In Russian, the name of the program is "Tropa" which is an anagram of the words Triple Flame (in Russian – "Troynoye plamya").

On the blue petal of God's Will, we gain strength and will to victory during hiking part of the program.

On the yellow petal of God's Wisdom, we study and practice the Teachings during the retreat.

On the pink petal of God's Love, we show the kindness of the Holy Spirit to our souls, attend excursions, and joyfully spend time with friends by the sea during the City Week.

In the name of Mother Liberty, the Mother of Exiles, I call to the homeless and tempest-tossed of the world: Stand before the door of your own Almighty God Presence and hold high the torch that life has given to you—the mighty threefold flame of your own divine identity, that God design whose perfectionment and wonder is worn by the Boy Scouts, and they know it not. That is, few do.

Therefore, beloved ones, if you would know the beauty of forest and field and stream, if you would know the beauty of your lifestream—that mighty electronic essence that pours forth from your own Mighty I AM Presence—then exalt that Presence to its proper station and place in your life.

What is the Path?

The Path is a program aimed at developing and creating the right atmosphere, where children and teenagers can easily get acquainted with the Teachings transmitted by the Ascended Masters. We will make sure that this program meets the needs of the children in physical, mental, but above all spiritual development.

At the PHYSICAL level, they learn independence, the ability to provide for their own life in different conditions, even during hiking. They acquire the skill of overcoming difficulties, for example, by climbing to the top of mountain along the trails with a heavy backpack. In such conditions, children usually get stronger and tougher. Even if a child gets a blister during a hike, or he/she overheats in the sun, or gets a stomach ache, these temporary difficulties ultimately strengthen the vitality of his body. Of course, a medic is always present on the hike and all safety measures are taken, but the very fact of overcoming difficulties and developing willpower remains.

On the SPIRITUAL level, the children discover friendship with living nature and learn not to be afraid of it. During the hike, they develop a sense of teamwork and the value of a friendly shoulder. During their stay in the city, the participants receive the needed food for the soul: educational excursions and joyful entertainment.

On the SPIRITUAL level, participants get acquainted with the world of angels and elementals and learn to be friends with them. The Ascended Masters become not distant mythological characters, but living heroes, conveying their messages to modern boys and girls, men and women.

The Messengers of the Brotherhood, Mark and Elizabeth Prophet, teach the children wisdom in their lectures and protect against mistakes that can be made when they are still young and full of energy. The children greet the sun of Helios with morning yoga, read the Rosary with Mother Mary and conduct decree sessions with Saint Germain.

Three weeks of camp is a great opportunity to consolidate these achievements, your child will take a step forward in the right direction on the Path. We take on these tasks and are confident in our abilities, because we clearly see the goals!

Young friends, you need to know the conditions of trekking life.... This is the only way you will learn to cope with the elements of nature.... There you will forget about the number of days and hours, and the stars will shine with heavenly runes. The basis of all teachings is fearlessness. Not in sweet and sour summer country camps, but at harsh heights, learn quick thinking and resourcefulness in actions.

Stage I
TREKKING program

This is a five-day route from 30 to 70 km (18 to 43 mi) long, running through picturesque places of our homeland. At this stage, participants will master the skills of hiking in the mountains, organizing daytime stops and halts, orientation to the terrain, cooking on the campfire, overcoming natural obstacles, maintaining hygiene in the field, handling camping equipment, sensibly distributing and packing a backpack, and much more.

Trekking skills are not the main goal of the program, and they are rarely useful in city life, but a hike is a chance to test yourself and your team, observe yourself, overcome laziness and whining, and understand your capabilities.

Hikes are the best way for teenagers to learn independence. Here they learn how to solve problems without the help of their parents and face reality without distortion.

On the trail, everyone has a chance to rethink themselves, find their strength, fortitude, and determination in the mountains. Such trip is an excellent way to grow up without unnecessary extreme. Upon completion of the first part of the program, the child will become physically stronger, improve their health and get fitter.

While trekking, we conquer several peaks with magnificent panoramas, swim in rivers and lakes, look into equipped and wild caves, see wild animals in their natural habitat, discover many historical and natural monuments, soak up the atmosphere of the hike, absorb the aromas of the forest and the fire, become even closer to each other and enter the second stage in a new state.

Throughout the entire journey, each traveler carries their personal equipment, minimum clothing and personal things, general equipment and provisions. The weight of the backpack is calculated according to established standards, taking into account the age and physical abilities of the participant. Overcoming the difficulties of the hike no matter if it’s discomfort, temperature, precipitation or thirst helps to develop fortitude and dispassion.
Those who cannot stoically endure inconveniences are still slaves to the phenomenal world and its pernicious opposites.

The average person constantly reacts to cold, heat and other extremes, thereby increasing the attachment of the soul to the body. To gain spiritual freedom, a seeker of spirituality must train his mind to be calm about the extremes of heat and cold, suffering and enjoyment.

In Indian spiritual monasteries, mentors teach young students to tolerate any external conditions, which makes it possible to make the mind an altar of the unchanging Spirit...
«
However, one should not think that yoga calls for hypothermia or sunburn in the midday sun. Patience and dispassion should be developed, while taking reasonable measures to eliminate external discomfort.

Stage II
RETREAT program
Retreat is the most important part of the program, as this is where the spiritual training of the children takes place. It is like the Summit University or the Ascended Masters Teaching Class, adapted to the teenage level.

The usual daily routine is as follows. Upon awakening, the children perform a short yoga complex “Surya Namaskar” in combination with decrees and mantras. After breakfast, there is a short session with the practice of the science of the spoken word (for the younger ones – fifteen-minute practices in motion, for older ones – more than an hour). After that the participants go swimming in the sea... We try to change beaches daily, increasing the variety.

After lunch there is a session with lectures by Elizabeth Clare Prophet and dictations from the Ascended Masters. And for the younger ones we offer other interesting activities including creative and playful activities.

After dinner, there is a short Rosary of Mother Mary and some free time. The evenings are brightened up by songs around the campfire with a guitar and educational films.

During the last days of the second stage, initiation into the Scouts of Saint-Germain takes place, and those with greater zeal are be able to join the Brotherhood of the Keepers of the Flame.
Now, beloved, in the guarding of the heart and the initiation thereof recognize that the heart is the twelve-petaled chakra, that these twelve petals must have something of your love and attainment, each and every one. Thus, by the work of the seven rays build upon them as though you were earning the badges of the honor flame of the Boy and Girl Scouts of the world.
Contribute something of yourself to the strengthening of each and every one of the twelve petals, thereby passing through to the antechamber, the Eighth Ray chakra, the secret chamber of the heart.

Stage III
CITY and CULTURAL program
The third stage of the program brings harmony for the soul and body, joy, new emotions and discoveries. At this time, we go on excursions, visit museums and enjoy good entertainment. At the same time, we strive to preserve the Light accumulated over the previous two weeks, and together we continue to practice spiritual decrees to maintain the balance.

Let's take a look on the program taking our Crimea program as an example:

Sevastopol is a city that has seen many battles, and in order to feel its history and strength, the children visit monuments of the military past, such as the Mikhailovskaya or 35th coastal battery, as well as the Panorama of the Defense of Sevastopol.

We begin our journey to Ancient Tauric Chersonesos, where fascinating thematic excursions dedicated to Byzantium, Antiquity, Russia and many other periods of history await us. This is a unique opportunity to see a real-world heritage in the open air.

Inkerman is one of the most favorite places among the children in Sevastopol. Here we can visit the St. Clement Monastery, explore the man-made monastic caves, the Kalamita fortress and even swim in the turquoise quarry lake.

As part of our program, we also often explore the amazing cave cities of Crimea and monasteries of the 5th-6th centuries, such as Mangup-Kale, Eski-Kermen, Chufut-Kale, Kachi-Kalion and many other impressive places.

The best way to relax is to diversify your activities. Therefore, we start from Balaklava and go on a mini- kayaking trip along the Black Sea coast.

Participants always enjoy the exciting walks through the picturesque resort town, spectacular performances on the main embankment, and visiting a variety of cultural events, as well as exciting quests specially designed for scouts. And, of course, plenty of swimming in the warm Black Sea.

The program ends with a visit to a water park, where kids have fun on numerous slides.

In each city where the Path takes place, we try to find attractions rich in history, exciting activities and memorable excursions.

At the end of the Path program, everyone returns home matured, stronger and full of new impressions.

Thus you see, beloved, that stripes upon angels, epaulets do indicate a certain attainment. And it is so in many activities on earth–not only in the military but also in fraternal and scouting orders.

Therefore know, beloved, that not a single sacrifice goes unrecorded or unrewarded. This ought to be a motto you say to yourself when the Virgo misuse of the [Libra] scales prompts you to consider something an injustice.

Oh, is it not wondrous to compare yourself to your Christ image or I AM Presence instead of to another who seems with ease to acquire without the same toil that you go through?
«
Blessed ones, heaven always expresses gratitude in a magnanimous way to every heart. We believe (and have spoken much about it) that it is our joyous responsibility to confirm the greatness of souls, to make known achievement–to love, to praise and to let it be known in the heart of hearts of a chela that truly good has been accomplished.

And this is due to the fact that there is so much condemnation on earth that we say, where praise is due, let praise be spoken!

Quality equipment and navigation aids
The group going on the route is equipped with a full set of special general equipment, allowing them to complete the trek safely.
We care about safety
System of selection, certification and advanced training of employees

Recently we have introduced the principle of control over children's groups "one adult - six children", all instructors undergo a special training and have a certificate of "children's tourism instructor".
When each group sets out on a hike, we inform the local search and rescue teams about the route, the number of children and adults, the type and length of the route, the timing of the hike, the names and surnames of the instructors and their means of communication.
Interaction with the regional branch of the Ministry of Emergency Situations
Detailed route planning
Water Safety
Medical care
A medical worker is constantly present during the whole program.
The Russian Federation Compulsory Medical Insurance policies are valid all-around Russia including Crimea. If necessary, the child will be provided with medical care in any state medical institution, and there is a city hospital not far from the base camp.
Each hike instructor has an international Red Cross First Aid certificate, and the group always has a general first aid kit with them.
The routes are designed in such a way that in case of urgent need, the child is removed from the route at the points of exit.
We conduct preliminary reconnaissance of all sections of the trek, taking into account the timing, availability of special and general equipment, age and experience of the participants, and we also think through possible exit routes from the route in case of emergency situations or the possibility of a car arrival from the base camp.
Swimming is only allowed under the supervision of adults, who always have life-saving equipment with them.

These gnomes like to think of themselves as Scouts. They enjoy being with the Boy and Girl Scouts and the troops of the younger ones of the Brownies and the Webelos. Yes, they partake in the events of these groups all over the earth. They enjoy moving with children in their lightheartedness; for to them, children seem most akin to themselves.
